All drivers and vehicles are fully licensed by the local authority.
Vehicles are fully comprehensively insured for hire and reward purposes.
The Congestion Charge will apply to all relevant journeys.
All vehicles are non-smoking; however, where feasible, we will accommodate break stops on longer journeys.
Clients will be liable for cleaning charges should a vehicle require valeting due to soiling.
In the event of a breakdown, we will arrange for a replacement vehicle as soon as possible, utilizing the nearest available option.
Bookings can be made via telephone or email—clients are responsible for checking booking confirmations carefully.
Our airport meet-and-greet service includes up to one hour of parking and waiting from the time of flight landing. Additional waiting will be charged at 50 pence per minute, and parking fees will be charged at cost price.
We are not responsible for any delays or consequences arising due to client lateness or conditions beyond our control.
Cancellations without sufficient notice may incur a charge up to the full booking value. Typically, four hours’ notice is required during the day, while at least twelve hours is necessary for out-of-hours bookings.
Excess baggage must be declared at the time of booking to ensure the allocation of an appropriate vehicle.
Surcharges apply for early and late journeys, tolls, parking, waiting times, and additional expenses such as overnight stays if required.
Last-minute bookings will be accommodated subject to availability.
Our pricing policy is reviewed biennially to reflect increasing vehicle, insurance, and licensing costs. However, in the event of a significant fuel price surge, we reserve the right to implement immediate price adjustments.
